TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.innovation-global-hk.com (the "Website") and all purchases of products and services from Innovation Global Group Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong with its office at Room 23, 10/F, Golden Industrial Building, 16-26 Kwai Tak Street, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. By using the Website, placing an online order or confirming an OEM order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

1.1 We supply hardware accessories, brass products and furniture hardware components, including hinges, handles, knobs, washers, fasteners, brackets and lighting parts.

1.2 Product images are for illustration. Brass is a natural alloy and hand-finished items (such as antique or unlacquered finishes) may show slight variations in colour and texture; these are not defects.

1.3 Dimensions and weights are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.

2. Prices and Payment

2.1 All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated.

2.2 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a price is incorrect, we will contact you before processing the order.

2.3 Online orders must be paid in full at checkout through the payment methods offered on the Website. OEM and trade orders are payable according to the terms in our written quotation, typically a deposit upon confirmation and the balance before shipment.

3. Online Orders

3.1 An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order where products are unavailable or information is incomplete.

3.2 Delivery times quoted are indicative. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control.

3.3 Risk passes to you upon delivery; title passes upon full payment.

4. OEM and Custom Orders

4.1 OEM orders are governed by our written quotation together with these Terms. If there is a conflict, the quotation prevails.

4.2 You warrant that drawings, designs, logos and specifications you supply do not infringe any third-party rights, and you will indemnify us against claims arising from them.

4.3 Production begins after written approval of prototypes or pre-production pieces. Approved pieces form the reference standard for inspection.

4.4 Tooling costs are payable as quoted. Unless otherwise agreed, tooling is held by us for your exclusive use and maintained for two years after the last order.

4.5 Quantities delivered may vary by up to plus or minus 3% of the ordered quantity due to production yield, invoiced on actual quantity.

4.6 Confirmed OEM orders cannot be cancelled once materials have been purchased or production has started, except by written agreement. Costs incurred to that point are payable.

4.7 We treat your designs and technical information as confidential and use them only to fulfil your order.

5. Returns and Warranty

5.1 Please inspect goods upon receipt and notify us within 7 days of any shortage, damage or non-conformity, with photos and order number.

5.2 Unused standard products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for exchange or store credit; the customer bears return shipping. Custom, OEM, cut-to-size or specially finished items are non-returnable unless defective.

5.3 We warrant our products to be free from material and manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery under normal use. This warranty does not cover natural patina, wear of lacquer, improper installation, misuse or use of abrasive cleaning products.

5.4 Our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the price paid for the defective product.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written consent.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Website at the time of your order applies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
